pair of identical vintage definitive postage stamps issued in Iran during the reign of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, the last Shah of Iran, dating back to the early 1970s (circa 1971–1974). Each stamp has a face value of 10 Rials, indicated in both Latin characters (10R) on the bottom left and Persian script (۱۰ ریال) on the bottom right. The design features a blue monochrome portrait of the Shah dressed in a suit, framed within an ornamental border, with the royal Pahlavi Crown emblem positioned in the upper right corner. The bottom center displays the inscriptions "پست ایران" (Post of Iran) and "IRAN". These definitive stamps were widely produced for everyday postal use across the country prior to the 1979 Iranian Revolution.
